Itinerary:

Day 1: Khwai River Area, Botswana  [D]
On arrival at Maun Airport, you will be collected by your local Botswana guide and taken to the mokoro station. We will float in dug-out canoes through the thick vegetation of the Okavango Delta discovering a variety of birds and wildlife, after which we make our way to the camp, situated on a private concession in the Khwai River area. After dinner we embark on a night game drive – a fantastic opportunity to spot some less seen nocturnal animals.

Day 2: Khwai River Area, Botswana [BLD]
We spend the day on game drives in our open 4×4 vehicle as we will explore the Khwai River area on morning and afternoon game drives. The area is host to elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dogs. Birdlife is also abundant with exceptional sightings of wildfowl and raptors.

Day 3: Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana [BLD]
The full day is spent in the unspoiled nature of the Moremi Game Reserve, home to a great diversity of plant and animal life – making it a ‘must see’ for a Botswana Safari. It contains approximately 20% of the Delta, and a vast range of habitats, acacia forests, floodplains, reed beds, lagoons, enduring wetland through mopane forest and dry savannah woodland as well as an unprecedented concentration of wildlife.

Day 4: End of Tour
After breakfast and depending on your time of departure, you will be taken to Maun Airport for your onward journey. We do hope to welcome you back to Africa soon!
